Habaripay.com, the fintech subsidiary of gtco.com, has launched its maiden HabariPay Impact Report 2025, detailing the company’s growth, innovation journey, business performance and contributions to Nigeria’s digital payments ecosystem.
The report chronicles HabariPay’s evolution from a startup fintech venture into a leading payment infrastructure provider, highlighting key milestones, strategic investments and initiatives that have driven its expansion. It also outlines the company’s role in enabling digital commerce, supporting businesses and expanding access to financial services through technology-driven solutions.
According to the report, HabariPay recorded strong financial and operational performance, driven largely by the growth of its Squad platform and the development of infrastructure supporting payment acceptance, transfers, switching services, merchant solutions and other value-added offerings.
Speaking on the launch, Managing Director of HabariPay, Eduofon Japhet, said the company’s impact extends beyond financial results to the businesses it supports, the infrastructure it builds and the opportunities it creates for future innovators.
She noted that the report reflects HabariPay’s commitment to creating sustainable value for customers, partners and the broader economy through continued investment in payment infrastructure, innovation and inclusive technology solutions.

The publication also highlights initiatives aimed at developing technology talent, including the Take on Squad Hackathon and Squad Hackademy, which are designed to nurture innovation and provide practical solutions to real-world challenges.
